-50 SQUATS *Together
-50 SIT UPS
-50 PULL UPS
This is a Partner/Team WOD. 1 partner runs while the others do Push Ups. Then upon return, all partners do the Squats together. Trade off when needed on Sit Ups and Pull Ups. Everyone must take turns running.
