For Time:
1-Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1-Mile Run
If you have a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.
This can be partitioned out “Cindy” style, 20 rounds of 5/10/15.
IF you’re bringng a friend or want to do this as a partner workout, both partners will perform the runs together. Double the body movement numbers and partion the reps as necessary…will partner works, one rests.
